Giraffe Love
I have found three of these giraffe figurines of cast poly-resin, sanded and primed them and painted two out of three of them. I love this material for painting. It appeals to my sense of touch, it is so smooth, and it allows for carefully applied detail. Unfortunately, the nation retail chain where I picked them up no longer carries them. I have looked and looked on the internet, but cannot find them anywhere. So, I suspect there will always only be three giraffes. When I have all three completed, and my website up and running, they will be some of the first things I put in my online store. I don’t know how much to charge… right now they are dear to my heart so it will be painful to part with them, unless I know they will be loved by the recipient as well. They want to love and be loved.
